Crestwood Church is looking for a part-time Pastoral Care Pastor (15–20 hrs/week) — someone with a genuine shepherd's heart who is ready to do one thing well.

This role is focused on:
• Visiting homebound members and hospital patients
• Walking with people through grief, illness, and hard seasons
• Equipping our deacon team to extend care across the congregation
• Engaging with our senior adults through events and ministry

We're looking for an ordained pastor with solid care experience, a Reformed theological bent, and a passion for this kind of ministry. Denomination is flexible — ECO ordination not required.

This is a paid, part-time position based in Midlothian, VA.
